The various components of the project thereby include:
(a) setting up healthcare centres either independently or with rural Common service centres run by non-govt. organisations,
(b) Carrying out healthcare activities from there like checking the general health and wellness of the women and children and/or any individual
(c) Creating a database of the healthcare parameters and history.
(d) Creating a card that will be given to the individual
(e) Analysing the data, so that the results can be shared with state healthcare providers and other healthcare provider agencies to encourage free and informative healthcare programs
(f) Setting up Tele-medicine links and networks with city hospital and hospital chains.
(g) Allowing for technology to aid in healthcare like SMS alerts
(h) Providing mobility of this information for visiting experts from various countries to aid in research and benefit the individual with new trials and medicines, with the prior consent of the individual.
(i) Presenting better ground reality picture of the healthcare system in rural India, what can be done, how and where, and providing realistic solutions to real problems.
(j) Enabling women to be trained in database creating tools, healthcare ancillary functions, creating jobs opportunities for them, and imparting quality training to them.
(k) In the long term, we envision the whole country being encompassed to having electronic health records, access to their health information anytime & anywhere, the best possible medical care being given in emergencies, and a nationwide coverage through micro insurance to the grassroots level extending to the middle class population across the country, so that no one has to die for lack of medical treatment. Our aim is to make human life more meaningful and precious.
All these are required to provide a decent quality of life to all the citizens of the country. Unfortunately, our government at the centre and state levels utilise the tax money in filling coffers rather than in providing necessary conditions for its citizens to live well. The tax money goes waste, is under- utilized and often the correct measures don’t reach the correct segment of population.
