Anahita stands for the cause of women and Women’s Empowerment. But how can women be empowered without a safe and secure work environment for them? That is why ANAHITA devotes resources to ensure safe work environments for women in every field of work. Our Founder Ms. Indu Basu is a certified PoSH Trainer, with close to 10 yrs of experience training corporates on workplace safety for women and how it makes a difference to the work output by women. In this line of work, she has served as the appointed PoSH trainer for all of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, by the then DM, Shri B N Singh, to train all government bodies including Noida Police, and District Hospital staff on PoSH. She was also the main lead to design and implement the Mobile and Web Application called SHOR for Gautam Buddh Nagar district, to ensure compliance to PoSH of all workplace entities in the district. Indu has been part of corporate ICC trainings and guided many cases to completion. Anahita also has several empanelled PoSH trainers like Mr. Rocky Ravinder Gupta, who have years of experience across verticals, to sensitize people on appropriate corporate behaviour amongst genders and to make a workplace safe and gender neutral. As part of our endeavour to make all women aware of their rights at the workplace for a safe and secure environment, all candidates, male and female are mandated to complete the 1 day training on PoSH before being employed, through our training programs as Geriatric Nursing Assistants from Manipur and Delhi NCR.
